I told myself that if I won yesterdays free play, I would allow myself to put Guinness in my thermos today. After the Reds & Cubs did their job, I pulled out my super size David Ortiz thermos, and got to filling. Including premium plays yesterday, I went 2-1. Always the grinder, my prospective clients that have jumped on my free weeks worth of plays are up considerably. You can jump on this as well. I will give you 20 plays over a week. We are jumping on a home dog today as Houston takes on visiting St. Louis. Jake Westbrook who has pitched better his last 3 starts is going against Brett Meyers. Meyers has not pitched especially well hence the home underdog situation. How often have you seen an average pitcher pitch up to his competition? Westbrook has been hittable this season, but he seems to have found his form. Expect him to confuse the Astros hitters. Meyers, an adrenaline pitcher, will go frame to frame with Westbrook, and turn this showdown into a pitchers duel. Houston's speed will be a factor in the later innings as they will squeak by a run on playing small ball. This game screams 4-3 final with Houston winning it in the 8th or 9th inning. Puljos will not be able to walk off homer in this series. My free play of the day is Houston Astros +125
