Christopher's Blue Collar Lunch Pail Pick

So at 4:30 this morning, I hear my ex girlfriends dogs barking. That in itself is not unusual. What was unusual is the reason they were barking. At the door there was a police officer. He had gotten a complaint from the neighbor that her dogs were disturbing the peace. Slightly groggy, I talked to the officer about how I would help my ex remedy this situation. When he asked me what I did for a living (making officer chit chat I suppose) I told him I had undertaken the task of handicapping games for people that wanted a bit of an edge. Our chit chat became a full blown conversation (as the angry neighbor peered from his window, puzzled why the cop wasn't beating me with a billy club). I bring this story up because in all walks of life, you find people that need assistance. Whether it be the stupid neighbor who can't sleep because of loud dogs, the hot blonde with the blown out tire on the side of the road, or the sports bettor who is playing with scared money and needs a winner or two. Yes, our jobs may be a grind at times, but in the end completely fulfilling. I want you guys to know I LOVE handicapping, and I hope my passion transcends my plays into winning ones! Check out my record at www.vegaskillers.com. Also inquire about my promotion at casperwaits@hotmail.com. I give you a weeks worth of premium plays for FREE. If they hit at a rate of +300 units or better, you agree to sign up with me for a month at $99.99. If they do not hit that mark, no obligation. Give me a chance to shine for you. You may like the light at the end of this tunnel.

Last night the Cubs squeaked out a win for us as they defeated the Brew Crew 1-0. Tonight, we are playing another National League game as St. Louis is playing against the youthful and streaky Washington Nationals. Jaime Garcia & Yuneski Maya (who?) are squaring off in what figures to be a battle of two pitchers looking to get back on track. Neither has pitched well their last 3 starts. Maya has given up 9 runs in 15 innings this year as a starter. His 3 games he has started, the UNDER has covered twice though with the one OVER covering by one run. Looking at the box scores, I see the bullpens on both teams kept the totals low. Both teams have strong bullpens, but with Maya, we are getting a pitcher still green in regards to innings this year. Do we see him pitching more than 6 innings regardless of how well he is doing? No. With the game broken up with a trove of pitchers, you can expect St. Louis bats to do a little damage tonight. Garcia pitched 5 innings against the Nationals 2 months ago and pitched well enough for the win. Washington, though young, will have the advantage of seeing Garcia before, and should ding him up for a few runs as well. 8 is the total on this game, and we know I love 8 total games. Expect this game to go over in the later innings with a final score of 6-5. My free play of the day is
St. Louis/Washington OVER 8 +100
