     The Boston Red Sox gave been on fire as of late. With the best record in the American League, the Sox have generated the perfect storm of hitting and pitching as of late. How can you not bet them? Well tonight, I'm not, and let me tell you why.  San Diego, as poor as they have played recently still has a formidable pitching staff. Matt Latos is a strong pitcher with a bad luck record of 4-8 with an ERA of 4.04. Loser of his last 2, Latos is the type of pitcher that can keep the ball on the ground, and make the Green Monster a non issue for the Red Sox hitters. The Padres also have a better record away than at home. Latos is 2-0 with an ERA of 0.69 in two inter league starts on the road. I am not saying Boston is not a better team, I am just saying that tonight I LOVE the value of the Padres +175. My free play of the day is San Diego +175
