Happy post Easter to everyone. Hopefully, you found eggs filled with winning picks and $$. My free play on the blog was a goose egg instead of an Easter egg unfortunately. Like one of my Twitter followers said yesterday, Halladay must have read my blog. Not only did he only give up 1 run against the Padres, he struck out 14 in the process. Thank God my premium plays are keeping me in the positive. Speaking of positive, I am positively feeling strong about the free play I am giving out today. I also feel VERY good about the 3 premium plays I will have on the Vegaskillers website. Hopefully my followers will take time to go there and see what the site is all about.
We are going to Memphis for game 4 of the first round match up between the Spurs and Grizzlies. With the Spurs needing a win to tie this series at two a piece, they will come out with a sense of urgency and push the ball up the court. An up tempo pace may seem counterproductive against a young Memphis squad, but when the Spurs have slowed the ball down this series, they have looked lethargic. Manu Ginobili will be at full strength and Richard Jefferson will shoot the ball more than 4 times this game. Zach Randolph for Memphis will shoot better than 8-21 and with the uptempo style I am predicting, quite a few free throws will be shot. Free throws stop the clock, which in turn leads to more scoring opportunities for both teams. My free play of the day is San Antonio/Memphis OVER 189 -110
