Christopher's Blue Collar Lunch Pail Pick

     Happy Cinco De Mayo to all my followers out there. I have filled my thermos with margaritas and made my famous fish tacos for lunch. I even decided to use my Chico & The Man lunch pail to celebrate the occasion. Yesterday was quite a busy day in sports. The Kentucky Derby post drawings were yesterday and I promise to have my Derby wager on here Saturday. The Red Sox decided that if mother nature couldn't keep a game from finishing, their elusive clutch hitting bats would. I thought I was hallucinating when I saw the Angels announcers wearing Mexican wrestling masks in the 13th inning. The Lakers decided that playing a penetrating style of offense only made sense in the 1st quarter and reverted back to timid ball the final 3 quarters. I was always told if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Phil Jackson thinks otherwise. He has proven his naysayers right the first two games of this series with dubious offensive plays and horrible halftime adjustments. makes you wonder if his rings are a product of coaching the best of the best and not his doing.      The Philadelphia Phillies and Washington Nationals are playing each other for the 6th time this season today. John Lannan & Roy Halladay are the two pitchers starting respectively. Both have solid ERA's and both pitched against each other a month ago in a 3-2 final. This poses the question, why is the total at 7 -125? has the Phillies or Nationals bats woken up since their last meeting. After looking at every game since that match up, nothing jumps out at me stat wise to indicate an expectation that we have a higher scoring game this time around. Logic would dictate I jump on the UNDER. Guess what my readers, I am all over the OVER. Some games I follow the addage if it looks to good to be true, it probably is. I can see the total being 7, but no way the juice should be -125. Just to make sure I wasn't missing anything, I called my boy Sully and asked him to give me a total and price after giving him the information I gave you. He came up with 6.5 -110.
