  The winning train has hit the station and today we are bringing more people aboard. After a day that showed defense being an important component in both the NBA and MLB, I am looking at a lot of OVER totals in both today. Looking at the pitching match ups today, I see many games that are begging to be bet OVER.

    One match up in particular that I find intriguing is the Pittsburgh Pirates versus the Florida Marlins. James McDonald and Chris Volstad are two pitchers with subpar ERA's and are very hittable. As much as I like the OVER in the game, I am finding value in the game with Pittsburgh +135. A team that has underachieved the last decade, Pittsburgh has talent. I predicted this year they would have a 85 win season. Granted, they haven't been that good so far, but I am not backing down from that statement. Florida is playing good ball at home, but when you have a pitcher on the mound capable of getting scored upon and a up and coming team like Pittsburgh +135, it is hard to bet them here.
